If the product isn't what you expected, or if you change your mind, we will refund your purchasing cost, and arrange return of the product without any charge. (Subjected to the following shops you purchased, TikTok shop, Amazon UK or eBay UK. (If it is within 3 months since the day of the delivery of the product.)

If the product accidentally breaks whilst using, please let us know the condition by sending us a picture. We will refund the cost of the product and send a new product without any charge.
